Dig it! Glad my piece is workable. My bassist is getting a custom bass, here in Pittsburgh and I'm curious to know if his luthier took the same precaution...

This is a valuable bit of information. As a wood supplier, we highly recommend letting the wood rest until it has acclimatized. And we agree that a moisture meter is a must have for any guitar builder's workshop.
